We are looking for a Marketing Lead to manage below-the-line marketing activities, partnerships, activations, and digital platforms. Your main goal as a Marketing Lead is to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales by effectively managing marketing strategies and digital content.
In this role, you will focus on trade marketing by creating and executing strategies to help sales and make our products more visible. This includes making ads, planning events, and studying market trends. You will use sales data to see how well these plans work and to make sure our marketing activities are cost-effective.
You will also be in charge of managing below-the-line (BTL) marketing. This means making sure flyers, posters, and other promotional materials are sent out on time and in the right places. You will handle the budget for this to make sure we get the most out of our money.
On the digital side of things, you will create interesting content for blogs, social media, and emails. You will work with designers to make attractive graphics and videos. Using SEO, you will help more people see our content online. By watching how well our content does, you will adjust our strategy to make it more effective.
If you have experience with BTL marketing, social media, and partnerships, you could be a great fit. Strong skills in analyzing data, understanding social media trends, creating content, and improving websites are important. Good communication and management of projects are also needed. A degree in marketing or similar experience is preferred for this role.
